A localização é ótima, ao lado do pier de Itapema, próximo a Praia. Estrutura do prédio ótima com piscina e academia, só lamentamos a esteira não funcionar e a solicitação de ajuda para resolver não teve retorno por parte do atendente da administradora do Condomínio. Check in tranquilo, apto limpo, tudo novo e de qualidade. Atendimento do anfitrião muito rápido e resolutivo. Ar condicionado do quarto perfeito, da sala requer achar solução para o condensador para que o calor não se mantenha dentro do apto tornando de difícil permanência. Recomendamos.
