"I stayed here with my friend for a week and we loved it. The room was a perfect size, the location was amazing and the breakfast buffet was always abundant and delicious. We also had dined both at the rooftop and ground floor restaurants during our stay and everything was great."

"It's a great hotel for the location. Near Cinelandia and Lapa, short ride to several businesses, consulates and Santos Dumont airport. Perfect view of the Sugar Loaf mountain from the rooftop by the pool. Staff was attentive and helped with what they could. However during my stay, the boiler broke down and there was no hot water for several hours into the night, so no hot shower that day. I also was shocked they didn't have a proper business center (with a "business " name and everything). TV only had local channels and awful signal, so couldn't even check/watch some of the World Cup. Wifi was a hit or miss, often only working in the lobby area. 2 elevators and one was under repairs, so 1 elevator for 19 floors, I was using the stairs often. Breakfast was excellent. If they fixed whatever wasn't working during my stay, it's a great hotel."
