「The villa was over two floors with the bedrooms being downstairs and therefore cooler overall. The reception was manned at all times and were so helpful and friendly. Even offered to give us a list to the local town if we didn't want to drive. A car was needed due to the location but that worked well for us and parking was fine. 「Niko is a nice spacious hotel with a few quirks that give it character. There are two pools one on the 9th floor which is knee deep and one on the 5th which is sufficiently deep for swimmers. The views from both pools are excellent and each has their oen bars. Sun beds on the 5th floor are for the early birds to "nab" but as the day progresses availability increases. 「Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough!
