「Niko is a nice spacious hotel with a few quirks that give it character. There are two pools one on the 9th floor which is knee deep and one on the 5th which is sufficiently deep for swimmers. The views from both pools are excellent and each has their oen bars. Sun beds on the 5th floor are for the early birds to "nab" but as the day progresses availability increases. We did not find any problem getting sun longers on the 9th. The hotel.also has a pontoon into the sea for sea swimmers and there...

「Hôtel familial au personnel extrêmement sympathique, et francophone ! Il est tres bien situé a 5 mn a pieds du centre (lac). Très propre, disposant d'un ascenseur. La chambre (201) donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île juste en face, avec une belle terrasse, bien orientée pour en profiter dès l'après-midi. Les équipements sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. La clim meriterait une petite réparation car 2 volets sur les trois sont cassés et il est difficile dorienter le debit d'air....

「Die gute Lage des Hotels mit der sauberen Strandanlage und in der Nähe von Agios Nikolaos. Das freundliche hilfsbereite Personal. Eine gute und ausreichende Speiseauswahl an Frühstück. Der Strand mit einigen Restaurants liegt in ca. 1 Gehminute. Es gibt genug freie kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war relativ groß und sauber. Es gab eine Küche mit dem Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Die Wlan Verbindung war schnell und unterbrochen. 」

「Our villa was lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and brought directly to the villa We had a lovely holiday here and would really recommend Pleiades Villas. Our only slight disappointment was that the villas were 3 miles away from where Expedia said they were!! The staff were extremely helpful to assist us in communicating with Expedia however. 」

「Accogliente e pulito in pieno centro, camera un po' piccola ma funzionale e compreso di tutto sia asciugacapelli che bollitore. Non possiede parcheggio per l'auto e questo può essere un problema specie per il carico e scarico delle valigie in quanto l'entrata è in una strada a senso unico abbastanza stretta 」

「Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! 」

「The staff is really amazing, we can’t thank enough for making my wife and I feel like we’re at home. The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available. We were in for seven nights and we also think that in the middle of the stay, the bed sheets should be changed for clean ones. Besides that,...

「Booked the honeymoon suite. Fantastic room - very central, clean and with gorgeous views over the harbour. One thing I need to mention is the mattress, which we found to be too soft, unfortunately. Other than that, a brilliant choice for a stay in Agios Nikolaos ❤️❤️」
