Point Hotel Taksim
The staff were very helpful . I had a noisy room on the trafficated street side and they switched it and moved my stuff and had placed a fruit basket gift at the new room. One thing to improve: the pillow option. Softer and lower pillow

Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul
The hotel will not offer a credit or voucher for missed check in with a valid reason. Don’t expect a quick email response on the weekend neither. It took three days for a response to my email. There is a non refundable policy which is not spoken about or given at time of booking…be aware!

This property was at a great location. Walking distance from the river and downtown Besiktas. Special shoutout to Ekrem and Serhat for their great service and hospitality!
