I stayed one night at Hotel Landside on June 21, booked through Expedia. The room was fine for a short stay, but I was quite disappointed by the front desk staff’s response when I asked about in-room coffee equipment—which was missing. Instead of a helpful answer, I was met with a defensive and somewhat argumentative reply suggesting I come downstairs for coffee. I prefer having a cup in-room before heading out, and nearly every hotel I've stayed at provides that. This lack of hospitality left a negative impression on an otherwise convenient airport hotel.
