Banyo ve yatakları temiz konforlu. Oda hizmeti zayıf. Teknik bakım zayıf. Televizyon uydusu bozulmuş iki gün kaldım yapamadılar. İki gün sonra servis gelecek dediler. Sonuçta bir hafta tv olmadan hizmet veriyorlar. İkinci gün su ve ikram çay yenilenmemiş, kirli bardaklar değiştirilmemiş idi. Kısa süreli yat kalk kalmalar için uygun.

building in general is very old. hotel does not provide with dental kits even though it is so called "a 4 star hotel". hair dryer was not working. when I asked to bring iron to the room, the iron that was brought to me was full of soot. matresses are awful, back pains are guaranteed

Alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind wie man es von einem Hotel der Mittelklasse gewohnt ist ausreichend groß. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Jedoch hat sich unser Zimmer über den Tag hin extrem aufgeheizt und die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt und das bei einer Außentemperatur von maximal 22 Grad. Ich würde das Hotel im Sommer daher nicht empfehlen. Die Lage ist gut (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Metro Station "Taksim" entfernt). Das heißt man kann alles schnell erreichen (in Istanbul heißt das ca. 30-45 Minuten).

Nothing from the first minute it was a grief. The front desk was very mean. I have videos of his ugly behavior . I showed him Expedia confirmation number but he was screaming and saying that we don't work with Expedia for two years , I asked to talk to the management and when he called his manager his manager was also ugly and I could hear him on the phone screaming so he did not want to talk to me and hang up on the front desk guy. I asked them to give letter sating that they don't work with Expedia so I can get my money back but they refused. The only option was either I leave to find another hotel or I pay cash because they refused to take credit card. Since I was tiered and not familiar with area I had to pay cash and I had a receipt with video showing that I got charged twice , one by Expedia and another by the hotel. The room was not the room that I was chosen when I reserved instead they gave me a room with two twin bed! Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was horrible and treatment were very very unprofessional by the service staff where there was only two. I did not eat because I could not trust that the food from it is look seems stored somewhere in the heat for days! Security zero. Anyone can come into the hotel without anyone asking question. I was very worried for may money where I had to carry what I had everywhere I go during these two unpleasant days that I stayed there. Expedia should not have listed this hotel . I called Expedia and selected option callback but!

Konum iyi, ama malesef temizlik vasat değil vasat ötesi, bir önceki müşterinin kıllarını duvar, duşta ve yerde görmek çok hoş değil. Yarıdan az kalan ve yedeği çoktan biten tuvalet kağıdını oda görevlisi neden değiştirmez. Alez de kurumuş kan lekesi var, beyaz çarşaf altından gözüküyor. Bir Alez kaç paraki aylarca öyle kullanılsın. Manzaralı odaların manzarası iyi. Ulaşım rahat, dikkat ederlerse temizliğe gerisi güzel olur.

Girişde yukarı katlarda yeriniz varsa yardımcı olmanızı rica ediyorum dedim ve inadına en alt kattan oda ayarladılar. Otel lokasyonu iyi. Kahvaltı fiyata göre gayet iyi. Temizlik banyo ve wc için iyi fakat oda için önceki müşterilerden kalan izleri görecek kadar kötüydü. Televizyon keyfi yapmak isteyenler içinde karıncalı izlemeyi sevenler tercih edebilir :)

WE DID NOT ENJOY OUR TIME AT ALL. We changed the room several times, the carpets were very dirty and the toilet was not clean. In another room the aircondition was not working and it had an awful smell because of smoking. The Deluxe room is not worth the money. It was not even clean. The staff was very rude to me and my wife, we were shouted at and laughed at because our complaints. The breakfast was OK, nothing to complain about. The Manager of the Hotel is kind too. He takes your complaining serious and give you a new room. In Front of him the staff is kind without hin very rude. The time in the hotel was awful and I can not recommend it at all!
