Beautiful and unique hotel with an insane pool and views of the Marmara sea and within 10 minute walking distance to all the attractions. The concierge and staff were lovely, they helped us to arrange a private tour and sunset Bosphorus yacht cruise. The breakfast was also a great value and fresh. Highly recommend!

Staff were always very helpful and considerate. Location was great. We could walk to all the tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. The only problem was the rooms in the annexe were noisy. We could hear noise from the adjacent rooms and the street.

Everything was great, super clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The only con was the air conditioning was not controlled by us in the room & the hotel kept turning it off which was inconvenient when coming from outside and while we were sleeping.

The hotel is conveniently located at the center of tourist destinations and tram station. Certainly on the expensive side and breakfast options were ok and repeated every day - wish they had more intercontinental options. The staff was friendly as well.

Truly exceptional service. Hotel took care about the transportation. We got upgraded room immediately after an arrival. Very good sauna and hammam always were available after we walked a lot around the city. Great location the historical part of the city in the walking distance.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at, made all the more special by its staff. It is located by the water. The premium rooms are elegantly decked. The restaurant is one of the best in terms of both the food and views (in Summer). The staff is so pleasant and willing to help at all times. Overall, the hotel enriches your experience in Istanbul and is one of the best value you'll find in the city.

My wife and I stayed there for 16 days, and would stay there again. The Hotel is excellent, clean, and staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet is awesome, specially the three people that are always there to greet you with a smile and serve you your tea, coffee, or orders from the kitchen. I am talking about Ms. Umut, Mr. Zuhre, and chef Celil. These three staff people, made their customer look forward to having breakfast every day. They are always greeting people with a wonderful smile, and always willing to help. The receptionists were just as courteous and helpful in so many ways. I loved this place! The restaurant Vitale has excellent food. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's easy to drive in and out of being located on Kennedy Cadesi. I would stay here again. The Turkish Bath and the Sauna are great also. Friendly and professional staff.

The staff here gets 5 stars for providing great service. The rooms are extremely spacious. Facility in itself is beautiful and so is the location. There is an onsite restaurant which was helpful as we landed pretty late and we were all hungry and eating at the restaurant worked for all of us. Right behind the hotel is Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and a lot of other tourist attractions plus transportation. We decided to go to Ephesus impromptu and it was all arranged by the hotel staff. The sauna within the hotel is also excellent. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful place! Unique! One of a kind! Friendly and professional people working there! Upon check-in Ahmet showed me my room and the building with sauna area, he even made a coffee for me and brought it to my room in the evening! Unforgettable stay!

However, I would like to point out that we have a paid laundry and dry cleaning menu in all our rooms and that we do not have a laundry and dry cleaning department in our hotel, so we work with the best companies and dry cleaning services are provided. Yes, dry cleaning service is expensive and unfortunately the fees are not under our control. The location of the property is on the main road, very limited for cars to come as its quite hard. But walking distance to main top attractions, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, was in good condition. Lovely bedding mirror and TV. Decent amount of items for breakfast buffet menu ( only downside was items wasn’t hot enough more on the warmish/cold side) Wifi was very good in the bedroom and downstairs had no issues. All in all very good hotel in a perfect location with excellent staff.

Great place, very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here. It is close city centre, bus station is nearby. You can also use train which is 7mins walk from the hotel. Reasonable price and fantastic breakfast. Amazing experience.
