Staff are very helpful, kind. Room was smelling cigarettes. It’s ok with this low price. There are things to be fixed. However, it’s pretty close to nearby tram, bus. I enjoyed my stay.

The room wasn't very big but since I was staying alone it was fine for me - decent. The staff was extremely helpful. Affordable and comfortable. Well connected and accessible to all tourists attractions and IST airport as well via public transport.

I'm really surprised that customer services are in Sera hotel professional! Silent place and surrounded with markets. Unfortunately we got bed bugs bites all over our bodies! The cleanliness was really bad, the room was already dirty with a lot of small hairs in the bed and during our stay the room wasn't cleaned up either. To be fair the staff was friendly and they wanted to help with the WIFI, which wasn't working in the room. Luckily we were able to use another WIFI for one day in the room. The included Turkish breakfast was quite alright for the price and the location of the hotel is also not too bad.
