Die Zimmer sind sehr geengt, was auf den Fotos anders wirkt. Der Pool steht nur eine kleine Begrenzte Zeit zur Verfügung( 12-18). Umgebung ist sehr laut da das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist und man das Gefühl hat Istanbul schläft nie. Für die Erkundung der Stadt ist es geeignet.

I booked this hotel because of the pool. But the pool opened at 12pm and it was very uncomfortable swimming in the pools as the staff kept telling us to be quiet as people were having messages. Even though we were not even making any noise. We felt like we was not wanted. Some days they opened the pools at 1pm. Which wasted all our morning.

Worst hotel ever!

The worst hotel I've ever been too. The pics are misleading. The manager himself is extremely rude. When we checked in, the hotel room was burning hot. When we turned on the A/C and fan, the noise was so loud, we couldn't hear anything else. On top of that, the air coming out was hot too. When We asked, we were told that it's central system and the heating is on at the moment not the A/C. It was hot outside and they still had the heaters on. My entire family didn't sleep all night. We came downstairs at 3AM to complain again, and we were told that we'll need to talk to the manager. In the meantime, they gave us a pedestal fan, which itself was was loud. In the morning, when we spoke to the manager to complain, he in turn started yelling at us! Basically told us to suck it up or get out. If management is like that, what could the rest of the staff do? This hotel included breakfast, and it was horrible too. Food looked like it was days old. To top it all off, I saw twice, they were allowing guests to bring in prostitutes. PROSTITUTES! What kind of hotel is this????? Never again! Stay away if you can. The pictures are staged, the rooms are not as they're shown. Only fools would stay here. If I can give 0 stars or 0 rating to any hotel, this would be it!
