I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I had at Ruby Royal hotel, which I had booked through the Expedia platform. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations I had for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I encountered an issue with the room I had reserved. Despite having made a reservation for three people, I was denied access to the room as it was initially booked for only two individuals. Consequently, I was left with no choice but to pay an additional fee to secure a suitable accommodation for our party. This unexpected turn of events not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. As a guest, I believe it is of utmost importance for hotels to uphold their commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for their patrons. In light of this unfortunate incident, I kindly request that you review the invoice for my stay and arrange for the reimbursement of the additional charges incurred due to this oversight. Furthermore, I strongly urge you to take immediate steps to improve your reservation process to prevent such occurrences in the future. Nice little hotel, loads of shops and restaurants, very close to train station and a big shopping mall. Check in is very doddgy as they use personal phone to take pic of the passport… thats very unprofessional.

It was a bad experience.window was broken and A/C was not working, only coming mild air. Another incident was I paid the room charges through my credit cards. The staff gave me only the small machine print coming automatically. I asked him a proper bills. He did not give me. When I was vaccting time another staff hold me around half an hour. He was asking that have you paid the bill or not. I explained to hime, I paid already. He was not allowing to leave the place. My Air port pick up vechile was waiting outside around half an hour. It was terrible experience that place.

Fiyat performans bir hotel, oda küçüktü ama bir geceliğine gayet yeterliydi. Yataklar rahat, oda temizdi, klima da iyiydi ama tek şikayetim duvarlar çok ince içeriden ve dışarıdan en ufak sesler bile duyuluyor. Odanın içinde yangın merdiveninin kapısı vardı, o ve oda kapısının kilidi çok güven vermedi bu yüzden puan kırdım.

Sadece buz pistlerine yakın diye tercih etmiştim ama aktarmasız gidilmiyordu yakın gibi durduğuna aldanmamak gerek istanbulda iyi araştırmak gerek. Nevresimler pisti tişörtümü yastığın üzerine koyup üstüme montumu örtüp uyudum. Ses yalıtımı çok kötü viri gecenin köründe tarikat müzikleri dinleyip gaza geliyordu korkunçtu biraz. Ve odada açılabilen bir pencere yoktu aşırı havsız kalıyor o yüzden. Tek iyi yanı az katlı olması ve yangın çıkışlarının olması. Gene de bir günlük idare edilir işte sıcak falandı. Temizliğe önem veriyorsanız asla önermem.
