"Paid £260 for one of these awful cabins, worst night sleep I’ve ever had. They are not soundproof and you can hear every bit of noise from outside and they also let light in making it really difficult to sleep. £260 anywhere else in the world you’d get 5* here it is a dump. Bathrooms were filthy and dirty towels all over the place. I had to ask reception for a clean towel. Beds are rock hard and the pillow is like an actual rock. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, save your money and sleep on an airport bench it’ll be cleaner and you’ll probably get a better nights sleep plus be up £260!! Absolute con of a hotel this is!"
"We only stayed one night between flights. Very clean, staff was friendly & helpful, bed comfortable. Only complaint was the instructions on the A/C were not clear, & we had to call for help. Also noticed floor designations in elevator did not match what was actually on each floor. Minor issues; I would definitely stay again."
