I loved everything about this Hotel. I give a 5 star for every category. Nuri and his partner at the concierge desk are amazing. They go beyond their normal duties to make sure you are having a safe and enjoyable stay.

This is not a 5-star hotel similar to other Rixos hotels I have visited. The hotel building is old and outdated, the rooms with Pera view is definitely not a view of the city but rather a close look into the nearest wall. Breakfast was nice, some of the staff was friendly, the reception staff was not so nice. We celebrated a birthday and had ordered flowers & cake in the morning which came as promised so that was nice. Overall the hotels desperately needs a renovation.

If you want to stay near the shopping area, this is a great hotel to stay in… walking distance to istiklal street and the hotel is very nice, comfortable beds, clean and staff are amazing… make sure to dine in the Turkish restaurant under the hotel, it is so good food there!
