位置好又乾淨

優:很乾淨、房間寬敞，床大又軟、枕頭也好睡。廁所的連身鏡設計跟插頭的位置也很貼心。每天會補充飲用水。B2的按摩池、烤箱很適合逛完整天後去放鬆一下，健身房設備也很齊全。 櫃檯有位金直髮的櫃檯小姐辦事特別仔細有效率，問她問題很快可以得到有效的解答，覺得她幫了我們不少 缺:附近的路很不平，從捷運站拉大行李過去會有點吃力......如果出錯出口就要斜坡上拉過去(坡度很抖)。不過這附近所有的旅館都會有這種問題，也不光是這間，這間離捷運還算近的了。

When I reached there the hotel told me my booking was cancelled and then after 1 to 2 hours they said that they managed to get my booking. When they gave me my room it was too small and there was no view, the view was the parking lot with zero view of the city and when I booked they said the room will come with a city view. So I don’t advise this hotel to anyone

-Sehr gute Lage (Nähe Galataturm und Station Sishane) -Zimmer sind groß genug und modern. Klimaanlage ist zentral eingestellt und bei einer Außentemperatur von 20 Grad zu kalt eingestellt -Fitness, Sauna, Dampfbad und Indoor Pool sind kostenlos zu benutzen -Restaurant im 6.Stock mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Cocktails sind nicht zu empfehlen -für 20 Euro zu klein mit wenig Alkohol und viel Eis -Frühstück: gute und wechselnde Frühstücksauswahl am Buffet und man kann sich noch warme Speisen bestellen. Kaffee etc muss man sich selbst holen. Es gibt genug Personal, welches nicht wirklich gut organisiert ist (stehen oft nur herum statt die bestellten Speisen zu bringen oder Teller abzuräumen) -Beschwerden werden ernst genommen und Mängel wurden behoben

The hotel staff is great. The property claims to be 5 star but far from that. The spa is not relaxing it is next to a loud gym that blasts rap music. The shower panels were coming off. The rooms are way smaller than they show. So loud. You hear all the city noise 24/7. They have these air perfume machines on their hallways that triggered my asthma. Hotel is not sensitive to people with respiratory issues. The food is good here snd so is their breakfast buffet. The employees were great too. This hotel is walking distance to taksim and Galata area. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again or visit Istanbul again.

J’ai passé quelques jours au Radisson Blu Pera Istanbul à la mi avril 2025. Très bel emplacement, près de tout (métro, site touristiques, attractions) Hôtel propre mais les chambres peu insonorisées. On entend les discussions des chambres voisines et provenant du couloir. Le buffet petit déjeuner très bon, complet. Le point majeur est le service à la clientèle. Tout le personne a été très aimable (surtout Zara à la réception une perle) et vraiment accommodant. Un merci tout particulier à Gulfer (femme de chambre) et les messieurs de la réception/baggages ( Berkay, Huseyin et Yigit). Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

The hotel is good. They even let me check in 3 hrs early which was a very good help. Most of the staff were courteous and helpful but I had 2 issue. 1.when booking my stay, i didn’t add Bfast with it as I thought I will do at the hotel. Upon checking, the staff told me that my room didn’t include the Bfast and if I wanted to have Bfast they will be 19 or 20 euro which was fine with me. The next morning, I when to have my Bfast and when I was coming out one of the restaurant staff asked my how would I want to pay and I said I can pay now, when I saw my bill it was 40 euros. I told him, is this correct as 40 euros seems very high for breakfast for 1 person and he said that’s their price. I even told him that I was told yesterday that it was 19 euros and he said, he isn’t sure what was said to me and I need to pay 40 euros which I did. Then I went to the reception and I told the staff that look it’s not about the money but I don’t think I need to paid 40 euros for Bfast when I was told it will be 19 euros and he said, sir because you didn’t book the Bfast from us that’s is why restaurant charged you double and I was like what, isn’t the restaurant part of your hotel? If they would have explained me I would have paid at the time of check in. Anyway they didn’t do anything. 2. I like my room yo be cold for sleeping and when I turned the air con on it was blowing hot air, when I called the staff they said they can’t do anything as in winter the air c blows hot air only.

Ein normaler aufenthalt

Ich übernachtete 3 Nächte an diesem Hotel, weil es sehr gute Zugang zur U Bahn hatte. Zimmer war eigentlich OK. Was mich störte war gleich beim eintreten ein wiederlicher Geruch der verschwindet sobald das Fester offen ist oder die Lüftung läuft. Ausserdem fehlte es mir an einem Vorhang wo das Licht rein lässt, aber die leute nicht ins Zimmer reinschauen konnten. Klar auf der anderen Seite hatte keine Gebäude, aber man fühlt sich heimischer. Das Frühstück das inklusive war, war gut. Die roten Oliven gefiehlen mir sehr. Aus die Auswahl war sehr gross. Was mich störte war das Personal. Als ich am ersten Tag runter kam, spielten die in der Lobby und die am Empfang zum Frühstücks bereich alle mit ihren Handys, als hätten sie keine Arbeit. Am zweiten Tag zählte die Dame und der Herr am Empfangsbereich ihre Karten/Chips, keine Ahnung was das war, aber das können sie auch machen wenn keine Gäste anwesend sind. Ich würde mir noch Wünschen wenn das Personal mehr auf die Gäste achten würden , was die Hygiene angeht. Ich sah einmal einen Gast der die Brötchen mit seinen Fingern betastete ob sie Frisch sind und nahm sie nacher nicht. Ich konnte es auch dem Herrn sagen, wollte aber keine Unruhe in den Frühstückbereich einbringen, Ich meldete es danach der Frau Ceren. Zum Glück war die Auswahl gross und ich konnte unter anderne Broten/Brötchen mich bedienen.

Fabulous nice neat and clean hotel . Few minutes Walk to Istiklal street on your way a lot to explore . Very nice interior and a lot of amenities .View of my room fabulous city and river view . Beds washroom clean interior of hotel was awesome. Staff always ready to help . Breakfast was amazing with a lot of selections .Breakfast staff was very professional and well uniformed with nice elegant smells . Fine Restaurant,Cafes and many more on walking distance . Commute to old town or Grand bazar was bit tough as no metro station close by but this place has its own pace . Finally Mr Huseyin which I should admire first as he checked us in was amazing caring and very polite . Thanks to all

I would give it a 4 due to some major points such as location is close to highway and loud- staff somewhat communicates in English - and lastly there is no air conditioning till May ( they keep heat on with no ac option in hotel even rooms)
