It’s a very new building, clean and modern. I like the location it’s not very walkable however very close to a lot of attractions by taxi, 5-10 mins. The staff was very courteous. Rooms were very clean and nice, I’d stay here again for sure.

I came from the US and the staff was great and friendly. They get 5 stars especially the man at the front desk who was so willing to help me translate and order a uber when I needed to go to the emergency room. The room was small but came with the necessities for me to stay 9 days. The shower is lovely and I like that it came with a washer and dryer. I disliked the noise all times through the day and night

It is a good location when we arrived the bathroom had a dirty trash can it did not have a shower cap we were two people and they only gave us soap, there was a lady at the reception who was not friendly

Horrible experience from day one. As we came in AC wasn’t working. Called them several times and then the tech guy came in to fix it after many hours. Then their fridge wasn’t working the next day we realized. As we entered property smelled like gutter from their bathroom to their sink and could smell into entire apartment. We asked the management team to do something about it. They changed our room to a different room which was on the same level right front of our other room !! Same thing few hours later. Management team didn’t do nothing even after realizing the smell was bad and it was confirmed by their front desk staff as they told their management on duty tuba. Horrible experience for sure and we had to check out after two nights. They didn’t refund our money back. (I wouldn’t recommend nor i would ever ask a friends / family to book them) it’s a joke. Their property is old but they made it look like its new however multiple damages to their roof and their plumbing system for sure which tuba had confirmed.

L'hotel è molto carino e recente. Le camere sono belle e fornite praticamente di tutto, incluso lavatrice e mini cucina, quindi ideali se si vuole utilizzare tipo "appartamento". Unica cosa, le suites "base" sono abbastanza piccole (ad esempio lo spazio intorno al letto è ridotto al minimo). Il personale delle pulizie è molto cordiale e disponibile. La reception pure è stata ok, unica nota negativa è che al check in sono stati abbastanza sbrigativi e non hanno fornito nessuna informazione sulla struttura. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi supermarket ed una panetteria. Inoltre pur non essendo in una zona turistica è posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione metrobus, con cui raggiungere rapidamente sia la parte asiatica, che gli aeroporti. Con il bus normale invece si raggiungono facilmente il centro di besiktas, il terminal dei traghetti, etc.

Tekrar gelir miyim? Memnuniyetle evet.

Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen odamızda istediğimiz hazırlık yapılmıştı. Ekstra talep olan oda süsleme ve meyve tabakları daha özenli olmasını beklerdim ama çok sorun değil. Yerden ısıtma tam performans çalışırken yatak üzerindeki havalandırmadan soğuk hava gelmesi gece biraz üşüttü. Problem odamızdan kaynaklı olabilir. Saat 03.00 olmasa belki düzeltilmesini talep ederdim ama ben de çok önemsemedim.
