Good time at the Istasyon

Alles bestens Direkt an Marmaray U-Bahn, 30 Meter bis zu Straßen Bahn, 50 Meter bis zu Wasser Fähre Hotel top sauber mitarbeite sehr freundlich. Frühstück super. Das Hotel bietet alles was man wünscht. Nächsten Istanbul besuch hoffe ich wieder gleiche Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Rude Manager, poor maintenance

Manager Abdullah keeps the good rooms for the cash customers whom pay more and if booked through orbits he gives them the bad rooms. Eventhough the hotel did not complete one year I found damaged tissue holder and damaged and clogged shower drain See attached pics

Bad hotel

I booked 3 rooms ( 2 triple & 1 double ) they gave me the worst rooms in the hotel with a window with a wall directly behind it , so no light coming . Hotel maneger not cooperative I asked to change room when other room is free but he refuse & I told him that I will report it to expedia & he told me do what you want to do. The double room which I booked was not ready when we arrived although it was night so they gave me triple room then they change it next day which took time in the next day as we stayed in the hotel till 1 p.m to shift our bags and it was not our mistake that room not ready , room very small , cleaning was not good , no tea or coffee in room refrigerator not working , no tissue in room , I ask for it many time but they didn't bring. Staff in the kitchen were nice ( sameera & Ammar) & hotel location is perfect Breakfast was not bad
