Great hotel in all aspects. The room and its bathroom good size and clean. Location is close to osmanbay station and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. The staff (all of them) including Dellara and Noor eldeen are very helpful and friendly. Amazing hospitality while waiting in lobby including tea and turkish coffee. I will be back to this hotel in my next Istanbul visit.
