Evrything you write about the hotel was not true. And all pictuers was for less 20 yers ago. I change the hotel last 5 dags before the time Situation was un acceptable. Shaim on you.

The room were never been cleaned despite of room cleaning. No towel was available in room after first cleaning and they didn't bring towel again even we called reception for many times. The water stayed in douch cabinet and they didn't fix it even though we called reception more than 3 times. We had to take shower while the water was up to our wraist

This is second time I stayed here. It’s very cheap so because I stayed for three weeks I used this hotel again. The price you pay is well worth it. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. They kind of let you keep to yourself unless you need them which I like. If you need something they are very helpful. If your looking for fancy this isn’t it but it’s clean , comfortable and close to a lot of shops and the metro.

The room description and service is a big fat lie
I booked a 15 sqm room with double bed and they mentioned there is a mini bar, tea, coffee, and water and all of that was a lie and when I complained they said this is what we have, i have no problem if that what they have but at least don’t lie about it

Avoid this one!
Probably the worst hotel in Turkey, avoid it at all cost. worn out building, noisy, cramped rooms. no facilities. uncomfortable. very expensive for what it is. they should charge 1/5 of their current rate or put some of that money they are making into renovations.

This was a joke to be honest. I understand for the price of 20 EUR I couldn’t expect too much but for what I had to experience you should have paid me for staying there :). Room literally a jail, never seen anything so small. Bathroom without working shower; AC above your head - too cold; no towels. My neighbors were slamping the door whole nigh as they went smoking to the emergency stairs (left open whole night), the best joke is you have same key from each room - I accidentally went in to different room. To be fair - the breakfast was very basic but nice.

I liked: nothing about the hotel. i dislike: everything about the hotel. 1) The hotel does not have a secure elevator door. 2) Does not have cleaning staff.(in 3 night spend their, they never clean the room. we were 4 persons. if you ask for towel each they brought 2. never change the sheets. th beeds were incomplete. 3) very poor instalation 4) Its practically 20 to 25 km away from any turist attraction. terrible experiance. 5) the breakfast its alot of nothing. 6) had to leave 1 night earlier because of the poor service and condittions.

We were told it would cost 40 Lira by a Taxi Driver, when the owner called someone, which happened to be his freind not a taxi charged 60 lira but was asking for 80 Lira. The hotel smelled really bad also the bed sheets were ripped and no iron or the ironing facilities.

No one spoke English. The manager was smoking into my face! I asked him not to smoke, and he made a joke of it. Pillow not clean. Trash basket not clean. Not very helpful staff. I rate it 4 out of 10

Very convenient for Ataturk airport.
Right next to a major road, so very noisy for most of the night, but OK if you wear earplugs. Staff were helpful, but not a lot of English spoken, and this also applied to the shops and bars etc. nearby, but we all tried our best and we managed. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the aircon worked, the shower was interesting (but hot), the continental breakfast was great - so it was good for one night, especially given the price and proximity to the airport.

Terrible. I was over charged for one night. The cost was supposed to be 28 pound but later I realised that they charged me for 56 pound. Now I am waiting for their response in regard to the refund. Staff do not communicate well in English. They do not understand basic English. The food is terrible. Breakfast is too limitted. It cost me around 35 turkish lira when I took a taxi fron airport from Ataturk airport. But the hotel offeres a taxi for 50 TL to the Ataturk airport.

Very helpful friendly staff
Close to a busy road but we were moved to a quieter room and slept well. Room smelled of cigarettes but was otherwise clean. Staff were friendly and recommended an excellent local place for dinner. Very generous breakfast.

Excellent Day-Time Receptionist.
Hotel is a long way from the city centre but is in an interesting vicinity to explore. Day receptionist very friendly & helpful but other staff were mainly indifferent. Breakfast was basic but quite edible. Room was small but OK for the price we paid. They made an effort to supply toiletries & slippers etc, which was much appreciated. Would recommend but don't pay too much for the privilege of staying here.

it was a good hotel for a short stay if you need a cheap hotel for one night it does the job, 15 min taxi drive from airport also you can take metro bus and metro train to the airport. Wont recommend long stay because the bed was not really comfortable.

The hotel is close to a busy 5 lane busy road.I could barely sleep the whole time I was there, breakfast is mostly bread,egg, cheese and olives continuosly no change. The pros are that it is close to the Metro and the hotel staff are friendly even though english communication can prove to be difficult.

Dedman hotel is one hour and 15 min. to the old historical istanbul. A 75 lira cab rid to the ferry terminal and there is only one person on the desk that can speak english. an hour away by foot is the ocean. the hotel was clean the breakfast was good the staff tried their best to translate. for a tourist not the best location. but i am not unhappy with my overal expirence at this hote

Near the airport and the bus system .
It served the purpose of being close to the airport. The price was most excellent. The shower needs grading so the water will drain. The light over the sink needs to be fixed so it has a bulb and works.

They did not deliver as promised.
This room is economical and located very close to public transportation. You can take the bus to the tram and get off right in the center of the main sight seeing district. You can connect to Ataturk Airport as well. The complimentary traditional Turkish breakfast and wifi were very good. The room did not have a lot of the things listed as amenities; There was no in-room safe, there was no desk (a cabinet holding the refrigerator and a standing chest with no shelves or hangers), we did not have a minibar, and there was no coffee/tea maker. Our AC remote was shattered, our room wasn't cleaned during our entire 4 night stay, and the water stopped working on our last day. The room was very small and the bed was hard (you could feel the springs underneath you).
