「It was good for a quick overnight. Front desk is kind and helpful.」

「very clean」

「到達酒店臨時要轉另外一間，交接出問題，要求收取費用及交接費用，而且要求安排的士（其實自己已經安排了，仍然強行要求）比較混亂」

「Black mold in the shower Long female hair on the floor left uncleaned Bad odor at night outside of room Not reliable internet through wifi Helpful desk person.」

「The bathroom was really good and the bed was comfortable. However, the bedsheets didn’t seem very clean. There was no iron in the room, and noise from the other rooms was quite annoying. The fridge also wasn’t working. Overall, the room was comfortable, but a few basic things could definitely be improved.」

「Equipo muy atento y profesional la verdad lo recomiendo」

「We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was warm, and the staff were very helpful and supportive. We especially appreciated being able to check in as soon as the room became available, even before the official check-in time. The restaurant food and breakfast were also very good. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose this place again for our future trips. Highly recommended!」

「Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. The photos online must be from a century ago because the reality was a tiny, noisy, and dirty room. The shower didn't work, there were hairs in the bathroom, dirty walls, no hand soap or hangers, and the towels were wet and shredded—without even a coverlet on the bed. It was so uncomfortable that I left within two hours, canceled my two-night reservation, and am demanding a full refund.」

「僅有單程機場接駁。櫃檯人員服務良好，因早上需要7點退房，錯過早餐時間，請求早餐盒，櫃檯人員還特別幫忙處理，感謝他🙏」

「客房乾淨」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and checked out this morning feeling very happy with my experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel amenities were wonderful as well. Overall, everything was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.」
