Good value for money

I was pleasantly surprised . There is a gym and laundromat and a reading room. Also the breakfast was rich and fulfilling. The hotel in general is a piece of art and the staff are very polite and helpful. I even extended my stay.

This hotel and staff are so amazing! I forget the name of the guy with the darker hair but he is so amazing and so softspoken. I booked the “cheaper” option but this hotel is such a treasure: the location, the staff and the amenities. They have a great laundry room and also a gym which got the job done. They also have a meeting/ reading room and each floor has a parlour like room with couches and a fridge(such a lifesaver if you don’t want to spend money on eating out everyday). The location is central(as far as I’m concerned). There’s a mall a mile up the road. There are shops and eateries on the other side and there is a metro next to the mall(starcity) All thanks to the cleaning crew because I am a messy human. They held me down and I’m grateful for them. Downside though: if you’re just looking for the tourist-y experience, this location might not be for you. It’s more residential with pockets of industrial and commercial spaces. But if you want quiet and being away from the hustle and bustle of Fatih, this is great. It’s still close enough by train, tram or bus. If you want fancy or varied breakfast, meh. But I enjoyed what was on offer and then went grocery shopping for stuff I actually wanted.

The staff and hostesses are very responsive and wonderful, especially Osman, the rooms are clean and tidy, a good and varied breakfast is served, there is a study space and good facilities, the hotel is very good for the price, only in cold weather, the rooms without air conditioner because It is not recommended to leave the radiators off for a long time, and in some rooms on the lower floors, sometimes you can smell a bad smell in the bathroom and toilet.

This is about a hour from IST airport. Also, about an hour from the touristy areas, Hagia Sophia etc. the area has bed afternoon traffic and I actually had to get out of a cab and run for a mile before traffic cleared to get into a diff cab to catch a train to Bulgaria. There isn’t much to do in the area around the hotel. It’s in a commercial/industrial area. There are places to eat up the hill about 2-3 blocks away. Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was alright. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. Most of the washing machines were broken which wasn’t helpful. There’s cheaper places in better locations.

Clean but poor facilities. As customers we not expecting to pay for laundry to wash our clothes, breakfast no much options or varieties. I visited with my sister sharing same room but we were given 1 card to open our door. Lobby 1st floor was stinky bcz odmy smoke only God knows where the smoke was coming from.

This hotel is offering you something other than their ad in social media. Building is located in a commercial area, between lots of noisy factories. If you need to go to a supermarket, you will need a cap!!!! Staff are very aggressive and rude! For this money you can find better options in other areas like Bakırköy. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

The rooms were extremely dirty there was sand the beds were covered in stains the floor was damaged the socket makes a short circuit when you put the adapter in no communication with staff possible due to no English there were still old packs of cigarettes on cupboards there was mold everywhere the bathroom
