Personel, çok profesyonel ve kibar. Her türlü ihtiyacı karşıladılar. Otel konumu bize uygundu. Park yeri vardı. Otel müdürü, resepsiyon ve oda servisi çok yardımcı oldular. Çevrede çok yemek yeri mevcut, tramvay yakın, tarihi yerlere yakın. Tekrar kalırım. Oda 4 kişilikti ve rahattı.

大きくて立派なホテルです。夜行バスでイスタンブールにきたので、朝8時頃に到着しました。アーリーチェックインの連絡などはしていなかったのですが、笑顔ですぐ部屋に入れてくれました。しかも、「朝早いからお腹空いてるよね。朝食食べていいよ、もちろん無料だよ」と言ってくれて、ほんとうに嬉しかったです。アーリーチェックインで急遽お部屋を用意してくれたので、部屋がまだ準備途中でタオルやトイレットペーパーがないなどのアクシデントはありましたが、言えばすぐ持ってきてくれました。素敵なホテルです！ 立地に関して一つだけ注意。地図上は駅のすぐ側ですが、実際は大きな道路を挟んでいるので、隠れた歩道橋を探して歩かないといけないので、そこはよく調べておきましょう。
