Good clean rooms.. I had an excellent room with a view of Haliç. The AKP headquarters next door is annoying but overall the hotel is good. Grateful for tea coffee and complimentary water in the room. Hot shower is great, all the details of bath supplies was excellent.

Whilst the hotel is certainly not 5 star it is a lovely hotel with great cleanliness. Nice clean and fluffy towels and good linens. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast had a good variety for turkish and continental but was a good start to your day. Staff were pleasant enough. The location of our room was superb with a balcony and sea view.

It was ok but nothing like 5 stars as they claim. The hotel was a bit dirty, the carpet was very dirty and bathroom needs a lot of renovation plus the lighting was not the best. The food quality isn’t good but the staff were lovely.

I asked management to cool the room, turn on AC - they offered me to keep Window open. So I did, and whole night cigarette smoke came into room. Kids and I were not able to sleep properly. Also I asked for a plug converter and they made me pay for it.

Hotel Pros Good Staff professional and friendly Good value for money we paid £485 gbp for 7 nights Hotel room service every night The reception staff always help and are available when you call them Cons They offer a free bus Service to Taksim square in morning 9.30,10,30,11,30 am but this is only one way so you have to pay for a taxi back Room worn down Staines on carpet lamps and stained phone and cobwebs on glass of balcony doors Pool was not working for 2 days Sauna out of service for week Have to pay 300 lira for swimming cap as you won’t be able to use pool Same breakfast- limited choice Pools can be used during limited times Around hotel very run down local area Have to climb a step slope to get to hotel if waking around local area Tips in turkey Carry water, phone charger, tissue,Turkish money and wear trainers and have a portable fan ( must) Don’t buy any goods especially perfume from men walking around pretending to sell genuine perfume on streets Never pay full price haggle or you will get ripped off The ice cream from men who wear fancy waistcoats and play ice cream tricks can be up to 20 pound !! The taxi service will rip you off - use local transport and remember to use uber instead of bitaksi ( they take long routes to charge you more by metre and multiple the taxi fee) Don’t think staff of hotels will give to honest recommendations as very money orientated

Nice Gem in Golden Horns

Hotel was amazing. Staff incredible. Breakfast was adequate and location was as expected. Plus 10/10 for Pool and Spa. Only issue I had was with AC. It maintains 23C brilliantly but I prefer 20C or below so room was slightly warm.

Great staff specially FRIT working in the kitchen he’s absolutely amazing guy and most of them are very professional,but I won’t recommend anyone to use Landry washing stuff in there because it charges too much for only few pieces of clothing my baby got the bills €80 this was horrible otherwise all good I would be there soon again

We stayed for 9 nights but the staff was not that friendly they did not ask how was our staying going nothing even at check out! Customer service is poor we stayed very long nights and do not know any of their names which is bad no good attitude. We asked to clean my room not my mother's room but they cleaned my mother's room despite of do not disturb sign and they did not clean my twin room one day. One day they forgot to take the rubbish after cleaning. The room is like dark not a single light at all on the ceiling.

Overall Good - A few things need to be improved

Nothing much to complain. Staff were very helpful and good. Good choice of amenities in the room and regularly cleaned. Spa was truly a good experience Restaurant food was alright but nothing special to praise. The bar price list was very expensive and extras like a shower hat is mandated in the pool is unheard of. I think just another business tactic to make you buy some cheap quality swimming caps for an expensive price. A hotel chain of this stature need not drop down to petty things like this. Otherwise overall, we had a good stay
