Every thing was perfect , but they have a routine that they send the staff to do something called control , they open the door on you without asking , what she say ,,, she said she want to check how many persons in the room , i got mad from her and i mad a complain on the reception .... thats really unacceptable

There was some issues with the room, but the manager went out of her way to make sure everything was rectified. She personally checked on me every day to make sure that I was satisfied. It was a great experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and this hotel is our least favorite. Our bathroom was dirty. There was mold in and around the top of our tub and the drain in the shower was dirty. We left at 8am and requested our room to be cleaned. We returned at 4pm and they only had just started cleaning our room. The only bonus of this hotel is that you are close to a very nice mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately we were there for business and didn’t get to enjoy the mall but it was convenient when trying to eat after working all day.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Next door to an aquarium and shopping center. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool area was large and the spa beautiful. The back gate leads you out to the oceanside walk which is lovely for an evening stroll.

Disgrace. They shouldnt be allowed to display the outdoor and pool photos in the sun, when the entire thing is closed due to refurbishments. As well, as the rooftop bar. Literally not one place in the sun to sit. Did they make me aware of this before arrival? of course not. Did they offer me any compensation? Of course not.

I lost a face cream after the first room clean.This has never happened to me in all my travels so far. I got some mozzie bites only when I was in the room. I am guessing the couch wasn’t clean enough. As soon as I moved out of Crown Plaza the itching stopped but has left me lasting scars. The doors to sea facing area was to be opened in 10 mins but I was not allowed to go in 10 min early. Few staff came to stop me creating a very awkward moment.

Its an ok proerty
It was a mix experience with this property. Overall, the location was about twenty to twenty five minutes from Sultanahmet. We had some issues in ordering in room dining where the incorrect order was delivered. The manager was kind enough to remove the charges. The amenities like shampoo, conditioner were below par. I recommend you take your own with you.
