The breaksfast was disappointing, as was the fact we asked for our own milk to be heated up (as my son has a milk allergy) and the staff laughed and talked in turkish about us in front of us. Morning reception worker wasnt helpful but the Afternoon worker was super helpful and assisted in all ways he could A good solid hotel close to amenities that tkcks most boxes

Amazing boutique hotel in a convenient location to shopping, sights, and restaurants. Breakfast terrace provides a wonderful view overlooking the water and Asian side. Rooms are decorated to feel like home. You won’t be disappointed. Front desk acquired street parking for our van directly in front of hotel. Restaurants are steps away from your door. Try the Rainbow fish and meat restaurant, you won’t be disappointed with the food quality and customer service. Will definitely be returning!!

Amazing location, all highlights are at a walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surroundings. A bazar a few feet away. Safe clean location. What didn’t work- very busy so can get loud in the morning. The hotel whilst is very clean it is very tired and in need of a refurb. The rooms and bathroom do not look the same as the pictures. Our room had severe damp issues. The smell was unbearable. We complained and nothing was done about it, I have pictures. No curtains on some windows so light comes in early morning. Bathroom is tiny. Breakfast is awful with minimal items , we didn’t bother eating at the hotels after the first day, however the rooftop view is a plus!

-3 yetişkin(karı koca ve anne) ve bir çocuk konakladık, anne için hazirlanmiş olan yatak o kadar vasattı ki, üzerine yattigimiz da demirleri hissediliyordu. Uyarmamiza rağmen yeterli olmayan sabun, ve havlu koyuluyordu. - kahvaltı güzeldi, lokasyon çok iyiydi, her yere kolaylıkla gidilebiliyor.

The room was quite big considering rooms are small in Istanbul, for those staying their first time rooms are tiny usually. I have been to Istanbul over 10 times and have found something a little bigger with comfortable beds. You spend most your time outdoors so you only need those comforts.

Great hotel.

Nice hotel clean and comfortable. Location was close to Sultanahmed and there was a lot of restaurants nearby that stay open for very late. Staff were great.

perfect sleeps after busy days

This was the perfect choice. The location was great: sites in walking distance, food spots nearby, money exchanger nearby. The internet worked very well too. The apartments are on the quieter side of the street so I was able to sleep very very well. I would definitely return. I would ask management to provide a map of Istanbul to their customers, as they only had maps for the bus/metro.

Hotel wasn't as good as advertised.

The spa bath tub didn't work, there was no plug and the staff were not able to resolve the problem. There was no coffee in the complimentary tea & coffee and staff said "There is none left" The complimentary mini bar "Is extra". Bed was really comfortable but there was a stain on the bed cover and the rain fall shower head had a leak.

Nice staff specially lady who came for cleaning was very polite and friendly. Had a great time staying there.
