The owner is nice. Staff are kind. When I booked through Expedia, the description for the room was: “junior suit (Deluxe) with sea view”. Well the room is a small room not a suite. Sea view: you have to come close to the window to see the sea in the corner. Delux: mmmm! The room was clean and fine but not deluxe at all! The mattress is very bad and pillows are everything but comfortable. The most important thing you need when you stay in a hotel is to sleep tight in a comfortable bed, and that wasn’t the case at all! I haven’t had a full night sleep at all, neither comfortable. I don’t know if all the rooms were the same bed quality as we understood that booking with Expedia means having a room on the first and second floor only, it means also all the rooms are small but one medium size room on second floor, which obviously more expensive and was fully booked. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but that doesn’t mean that we enjoyed our nights, as this was the most important part of our needs, especially that we spent the whole day out and we needed a comfortable bed to sleep.

Amazing stay in a great location - central to everything: a scenic walk to all the attractions across the bridge and a stone-throw away to the best shopping, cafes and restaurants in the city. Great value for money too!

El hotel esta lindo, excelente precio, buena ubicación, hay que desplazarse para ir a lps sotios mas turísticos pero es tranquilo y fácil. Un día llegué y no habían hecho la limpieza del cuarto a las tres de la tarde, fue el único detalle.

Kleines Familienhotel in Top Lage

Sehr zufrieden. Sehr warmherziger Empfang. Das Personal war stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber mit tollem Ausblick. Frühtsück auf jeden Fall mitbuchen, Lohnt sich!! Sogar frühstücken auf dem Zimmer ist möglich. Nach Istanbul nur noch mit Art Nouveau Pera!

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Trotz der Lage direkt an der Straße ist es im Zimmer ruhig. Sehr sauber. In ca. 15 Minuten an der Galata Brücke. Bis zum Galata Turm nur 10 Minuten. Zu empfehlen!

Daha önce bu otelde konaklamış ve vok memnun kalmıstım. Yine rezervasyon yapıp kpnaklamak üzere otele gittigimde büyük bir şok yaşadım. Bana müsait oda olmadıgını sistemsel ve internet üzerinden satıın alınmada hata oldugunu belirtip başka otele yönlendirdiler. Yönlendirildiğim otel bu otelden çok daha düşük sınıfta bir oteldi ve aynı ücret benden tahsil edildi. Bir daha mı asla!!!
