"I booked this property for my parents. It is a new building. They were very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Stuff was very helpful. The room is big and comfortable. It has a nice kitchen and had everything my parents needed."

"The proprietors are helpful. The rooms are clean. It is like a college dorm with rooms, but with limited parking. They do have paid parking though. I personally feel like the pictures posted online to get the customers are misrepresenting. The pictures showed common kitchen areas and common rooms but I did not see none of that. "

"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."
