"No hay personal. No hay restaurante, ni recepción. Son apartamentos aislados en el monte. No te recibe nadie. Ni siquiera nos han pedido la identificación a los huéspedes. A la llegada no habia nadie para recibirnos. La decoración y diseño de los apartamentos es muy bonita pero no tienen casi ajuar para poder cocinar. No están preparados para el calor."

The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! "Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area."
