「An absolutely gorgeous guest house with amazing owners and staff who were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. The room was top tier in both cleanliness and general aesthetic. Definitely worth visiting again for Biassa, the surrounding towns, and of course Pietra di Mare.」

「我們已經係第二次入住這裡，房間大係首選，而且十分整潔，wifi良好，我們很滿意。不過價錢略貴，包簡單早餐(一個麵包和咖啡和橙汁)，入住時有接待，之後要小心保管好房咭和大門鎖匙，這裡不是酒店係民宿，不然就要等1小時找民宿主人回來開門啦！ 這裡只係6間房，比較安靜，走廊外有免費咖啡和意大利檸檬和冰，隨時可以自制飲品非常好 ! 去五漁村玩住這裡係十分方便，去火車站只需5-7分鐘，如果再來玩會考慮再入住 ! 」

「The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this...

「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned.」
