"I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses"

"The property where I stayed was wonderful! I will repeat my stay in that particular property. The room was clean and spacious even though I was told by the staff if I wanted to move to a better, bigger room. But there was no need as the room I was assigned was awesome I loved my stay at the Arecibo property."
