「The property has inadequate parking requiring parking across the street in an overflow lot which was also at times full. The room was clean but run down. The door was hard to open and shut and overall the property is run down.」

「The residences at Sweetgrass were nice with all amenities one would desire. The pool was spot on if you are a young family with babies & toddlers. However, if you are in your 60’s and an empty nester, you might want to look elsewhere! The mandatory valet parking was expensive & not convenient at all! Especially when trying to make it to a wedding on time! The food in their village was like school food with a resort price. Not a fit for us , but young families might like it!」

「Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot. The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. 「This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. In short, I had a horrible night, couldn’t sleep because of the heat, and there’s no front desk to file a complaint with. And finally, checking in is another problem. If...
