The notice that you’ll be removed from your room if you have someone over to do little more than wait for an Uber resulted in an uncomfortable and awkward situation. The lock code was obvious when assigned and troublesome not working within several tries, the code to the ice and water also stopped working on our second day, resulting in no water or ice on our second night.」

「Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. Our stove was broken, WiFi was not working and vent was closed in the bedroom. Maintenance employee can right over and fixed the air vent and WiFi. He was very kind and...
