I would put Avisa as one of the great hotels! The staff, Cameron and Heather, are so personable, kind, helpful, and funny. The room was clean and the balcony allowed us a perfect view of the rock. I definitely give this hotel and the staff an enthusiastic 5 stars!"

The ceiling fan was great at keeping the room nice and cool. There was also a box fan available as well. Very short walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. I'd gladly stay again to be so close to the Siren music venue. Lots of parking in the lot and around the hotel. My only complaint would be the bathroom sink was super slow to drain."
