「Their property was beautiful. The pool was so much fun, beautiful pictures that we took with family!The restaurant , the food was awesome delicious the staff was very very attentive. The staff were helpful suitcases up and down the stairs. Awesome very helpful to let us know what things were around the area. Beautiful, beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this place and beautiful clean! Fun fun!」

「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. 「The road in was atrocious, requiring high clearance (really- owner can give you a lift) BUT if you want superb jungle solitude with great food, this is it. Rustic, yes, but all you need is here. No AC, but it’s cool after dark and you can hear the jungle in all its glory. Super cool platform in a giant ceiba tree a must view (about 85 feet high). Cabins well constructed with nice beds/mosquito nets though, again, rustic. Howler monkeys galore, dense jungle canopy.」
