「Amazing place with AMAZING staff. A pradise. Estefany who is the Guest experience manager was amazing and our kids loved her. We did too. ALL the staff were amazing. There was a very nice man who collected the luggage in a wheelbarrow. He was really nice to our girls. Big compliment to all the staff who made a difference. Always a smile on everyone’s face. A lot of beautiful animals on the property.」

「During our arrival the island of Múrura should have been closed for any visitors, however we only found out after arriving at the island at 18.15pm. We were able to reserve on Expedia without any warning. We took a boat from Rincon del Mar, without anybody telling us it was prohibited to go. Upon arrival their was some understandable confusion, however after a call with the owner everything was nicely solved by the owner of the place who lives in Bogota. Wow, what a difference next morning...

「Uma experiência fantástica! Atendimento de todos foi maravilhoso. Ficamos no chalé na beira do mar, agua cristalina e quente. Não é um hotel de luxo, é rustico, com limitacões de agua doce e energia por conta de ser uma ilha sem esses recursos, acredito que até os hoteis de luxo da ilha tenham as mesmas limitações. Mas não fez falta, até porque ficamos no mar todo tempo, as refeições são feitas no hotel, não tem opções próximas, ja sabiamos disso e não foi problema. Eles dão opções de passeios...
