「I have stayed at this location many times in the past I’ve always had the same flight. Live out early check in and check out within within an hour both Denny also the listing said water and dryer as every place I’ve ever stayed in. Is that a washer and dryer this place had no dryer. They also list it as a full kitchen. I had no pan to cook in the oven. I had no towels when I arrived. I booked a room for two children two adults. I got two towels for all four guests. 「Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje.」
