「The staff is friendly. We have stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Everything is fine except they they didn’t have the kettle which make us can’t boil the hot water 」

「Tatiana had been a great host to us. Communication skill was perfect. Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient. The only issue we encountered was - the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation. Only option was to keep air-con on - there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine 」

Everything is clean and there are good facilities, including washing machine, cooking utensils, etc. It is at the heart of the city, so it is convenient to go to the tourist spots. 「Nice clean property which has a convenience store downstairs. We did have issues with the fire alarm (false alarms) going off a few times during our stay however other than that really enjoyed staying here.」

「Ça a mal commencé... on nous dit que la chambre est prête pour 15h00, on arrive à 15h30 et l on tombe sur une personne qui nous demande de repasser pour 16h00, parce que le nettoyage n'est pas finit... Nous avons donc dû attendre a la porte 30 minutes avec les valise qu on veuille bien nous laisser l accès à l'appartement. Je trouve cela très désagréable, soit vous changez les horaires du check in, soit vous vous organisez différemment, parce qu attendre avec les valises dehors n est pas du tout...
