Clean, spacious rooms. Everything you want in a jungle retreat. Quiet areas to relax, boasting incredible views. The staff was over-the-top courteous, offering a warm welcome. The complimentary breakfast was just enough to start your day exploring the beautiful island.

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden, great location near the beach with bioluminescense. Wonderful night walk to this beach offered by very friendly staff member, who spoke perfect English and told us many interesting things. The hotel staff also helped us to organize a kayak tour and book a taxi - thank you! The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist adding a tip to our restaurant bill without asking us if and how much we would like to tip and without even informing us about it - I suddenly noticed the amount he was charging was not what we were expecting... Tips are fine, but I definately prefer to decide about them on my own. Apart from this detail, we had a great stay and will be happy to come back in the future.

The lodging was very suitable for a small island. The staff was very pleasant and multilingual. We didn’t use the pools but they were sparkling clean and the restaurant was smooth and had a decent menu

La habitacion cuidada al detalle y el personal MARAVILLOSO Pondria 5 estrellas si no fuera por la ubicacion. Sabiamos que estaba lejos del centro y eso no era problema, pero lo cierto es que si llueve aunque sea media hora te imposibilita ir andando por los charcos. Nuestro primer dia y medio fue genial pero tras 20 minutos de lluvia todo quedo inaccesible. Repetiria en temporada seca sin dudarlo

Overall this property surpassed my expectaions. The consierge was more than helpful! Went out pf her way to give me dining recommendations and places to go for drinks. Helped with transportaion rentals amd taxi rides as well. Place was clean and well kept. Restaurant was also very good! The only draw back is its about a 25 minute walk from Centro.

It is a 30-40 minutes walk from the landing pier if the streets are dry, but due to the water pools on the streets it was not possible for us to reach the hotel walking. One would need a taxi (M$ 250) to get there. The hotel is rather new and very original, several bungalows around two (small) pools. Without the water pools on the street it is a less than 15 minutes walk to the coco beach (salinas with flamingos) and around 10 minutes to the casablanca beach. Even nearer is the bioluminiscencia area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good internet.

Rien à dire sur la chambre, c’était très propre et calme. Nous sommes tombés sur une personne du staff qui a été très serviable avec nous ! Quelques bémols cependant… le petit-déjeuner est vraiment petit… c’était marqué un yaourt… ils auraient dû marquer une cuillère de yaourt… Autre mauvaise surprise, à notre arrivée, on nous indique que la sortie pour aller voir la bioluminescence est comprise dans notre séjour, on prévoit donc cela le deuxième soir. A notre grande surprise et déception, la personne qui nous a proposé la sortie n’est pas présente et donc nous ne pouvons pas faire l’excursion. C’était notre dernier soir donc pas possible de le faire plus tard. Si vous allez dans cet hôtel, l’usage d’un taxi est quasiment obligatoire pour le soir, car l’hôtel se trouve assez loin du centre et lors des orages certaines routes sont impraticables à pied, et le quartier n’est pas éclairé. Prévoyez aussi un produit anti moustique.

best hotel

this was absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been with. I love the experience at whole Bosch since I came in with reception even before I had an issue with the date and the receptionist was able to change them to the correct dates even after hotels.com did not want to do it. All of the staff is super wonderful super friendly. I love it and I can’t wait to go back.

Me encanto que el sitio quedaba super cerca de la playa. Lamentablemente no pudimos ver la bioluminicencia que fue la razón por la cual nos quedamos en ese hotel. La comida muy deliciosa tanto en el desayuno (que estaba incluido) como las opciones para almorzar y cenar. Por ser temporada baja no tenían casi personal y parecía que una sola persona manejaba la cocina, otra hacia la limpieza y así... Entonces se demoraban un poco. La limpieza vino a nuestro cuarto a las 3pm cuando ya habíamos llegado de nuestro tour entonces ya no tenía sentido que arreglaran/limpiaran el cuarto. La verdad es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo y si volvería por más tiempo.

Muy bonitas y cuidadas las instalaciones, es el hotel más cercano para observar la bioluminiscencia, se puede ir a pie desde ahí. El personal muuuy amable y el desayuno incluido muy completo y sabroso! Lo recomiendo al 100% Lejos del centro pero cerca de la bioluminiscencia. A pie desde el puerto del ferry son unos 35-40mi caminando. En taxi se llega súper rápido, unos 10 min ;)

While the hotel itself is gorgeous and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient thats about where the good qualities of this hotel start and end. The food was decent if you don’t mind waiting over an hour for the actual food to arrive while also being the only people in the restaurant. The pool was nice, if you don’t mind the broken chairs. The AC was broken when we moved into our room, blowing air but it was not cold so the room was perpetually at 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit. We complained about it 3 separate times on the first day of our stay but after being told we didn’t know how to work the AC remote and one of the kitchen guys coming up to look at it and doing nothing because he didn’t know how to fix it we gave up and just dealt with it. The housekeepers must have noticed the temperature at some point because an actual maintenance guy showed up 4 days into our stay but was a bit creepy. He didnt knock he just looked into the window OF A ROOM FILLED WITH WOMEN and didn’t knock until I caught him standing there. Not okay. He came in and completely broke the AC to where it was showing an error message and wasn’t blowing at all. The front desk lady who was cordial enough to me was extremely rude to my companion. You would think after all of the grief we went through with the AC and being creeped on they would comp our lunch but all they gave us was a $30 USD voucher. Too little too late. Check out was an absolute disaster. Gorgeous but not worth the grief.
