"Incredible stay, our best hotel experience. The setting is incredible and we had a truely special stay. The staff were so friendly and kind we felt very looked after. A real gem on the island. The only minor comments we had are that the internet was poor in our room but it fit the ethos of the hotel to switch off from the world and we could have done with a fridge for cold refreshing water or full height mirror. "

The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. "Hotel was perfectly situated on the beach and only a couple of minutes walk from the main strip, with bars and restaurants galore. Staff we encountered were all excellent. We ate breakfast at the hotel which was delicious each day. Loved watching the racoon family on their patrol at night. In room storage space could have been slightly better, but you don't need that many clothes as Holbox is the perfect barefoot location."
