Located in the center of Holbox, walking distance to ferry and center of Holbox.
Hotel is clean, room are clean. Bed is comfortable and towel are in great condition.
But the check in took for ever. More than 45 minutes because the person at réception was trying to sell excursions to the customer period to us. Also some rules explanation that were exaggerated in terms of what really the hotel was all about. For exemple we were told that if you check out 5 minutes after the check out hour that you will get a penalty of $500 pesos.
When I told the person at front desk the following day…. Was told that the hotel was flexible.
So I believe it was probably the night shift employee that exaggerate a bit on the rules and regulations.
Overall nice and clean hotel well located.
Very affordable.
But very basic service.
