Nice place walkable to the beach and town center. The room was clean but a little to enclosed for my taste. Only one window to the reception area. They only made the bed instead of cleaning the room dor the second night. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

the room was as presented on the photos, staff were really helpful and kind. (the day we arrived, the ferry closed before we could get to the island due to a storm but they took time to inform us so we could find another place to stay in time)

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren total nett, kommunikativ & hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage konnten sie uns weiterhelfen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Man konnte den Strand einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings sollte man von der Fähre (wenn man einen Koffer dabei hat) ein Taxi nehmen. Der Weg zum Hotel ist etwas beschwerlich.

Nice but noisy

Nice simple room, the bed is a bit hard, the shower a bit cold the room a bit dusty. Overall still good for that rpice range in Mexico. The only real negative point is that there is no sound isolation. Refuse room 1. It's next to the reception and the crossroad, You hear everyone talking on the street, every car that apsses by and every text message the receptionist receives...

The concierge was great. Unbelievably helpful, she gave us all the details about the island and some great recommendations, which was exactly what we needed. She booked all of our tours and made everything easy for us. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient since we were able to walk from and to the ferry, and to the beach. Recommended!

Nos quedamos 3 noches, no había agua a la llave entonces el hotel nos dijo que nos bañáramos con el agua de la alberca (utilizaron el agua de la alberca en las douchas y baños). Supuestamente se iba a arreglar después de 2 h pero nunca se arreglo. El agua de la alberca, ademas de apestar a cloro, estaba sucia.

Absolutely stunning place! You feel like royalty with very few guests, but still feel safe and taken care of. Staff was attentive and friendly. Wifi didn’t work well but that’s okay, needed to unplug.

Nice new hotel

It's a nice boutique hotel, clean rooms and common areas. It smelled a bit musty and often there was loud techno music playing, so not the most restful, but it is a chic new hotel. Good experience for a night or two.

O hotel é fantástico, tudo ao mais belo estilo marroquino e muito bem cuidado pela equipe. Destaco o tratamento dado pela Virgínia, uma Argentina que fala alguns idiomas e é a simpatia em pessoa. Observem apenas que se trata de uma ilha, onde pode haver algum problema de estrutura, como ruas sem asfalto (quando chove fica bem chato de andar), pode ter um problema ou outro com a pressão da água, etc. Mas tudo isso é detalhe em relação ao que você pode usufruir da ilha e do hotel. Aproveitem!

This is a beautiful hotel with a theme that goes hand in hand with a tropical island experience. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Would definately stay in another hotel like this.

Para mi el lugar tiene mucho estilo, la música que ponen todos los días en lo particular me gusto mucho y los detalles en todas sus instalaciones se me hacen muy buenos. En la parte de la atención a nosotros nos atendió Raúl que siempre estuvo muy atento en orientarnos, atendernos y convivio con nosotros de una manera muy amigable sentimos que dejamos un amigo en holbox. Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar.
