「The staff is so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The English in Cartagena is limited amongst locals, but that is no problem with broken Spanish worlds, English and gesticulations. Hotel is located in the newest part of Cartagena which is cheaper than old town, and a bit more quiet. Breakfast which is included, hardly any hotels have this service left, is also good. I would love to come back here again some time.」
