「The resort is clean and the food is very good with a variety. It is also nice there is plenty of space around the pool and beach. My biggest issue is we had to buy sunscreen from the gift shop. Two bottles were $89. I realize you pay a premium on location but this seems excessive. Overall a great resort just bring your own sunscreen. 」

「We stayed near the opening in December. It was great - food, accommodations pools and beach were all top notch…..and it was only open a week! Even though there were a few kinks, Joel was always there to assist us in any issues we may have had. He was proactive, efficient and empathetic. Without his assistance we would have not had as good a time as we had. People like Joel are rare. Thanks again.」

「We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during...

「This place photographs beautifully, but sadly, it's built next to an open-air dump and the smell is so terrible it gave me a crippling migraine within hours. We had to leave after the first night, losing the money we paid for a week's stay, which the hotel refused to refund despite knowing perfectly well what the issue is. Expedia was no help either. Save your vacation and for god's sake, avoid this place! 」

「Very relaxing couples only boutique resort! Excellent service from all staff and great food, top shelf liquor in your room. Always chaise lounges available on beach or by the pool. Will definitely come back! Property needs interior updating, it is old The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean and constantly repairing but owners need to invest in updating for this kind of money. Again, I will be returning, it was the most relaxing vacation and staff & service beyond 5 stars!」
