「Perfect cozy place for staying」

「Location-wise, not very convenient to be accessible to the downtown area. Also, the cable TV kept breaking down. However, the room is big.」

「酒店不错，只是早餐实在没法吃，希望能改善一下」

「Emplacement idéal, prise en charge à l'hôtel, personnel excellent pour nous accompagner à l'aéroport. Prix raisonnable avec petit-déjeuner inclus.」

「1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel. But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel. We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel. The driver told me the reservation has been canceled. He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel. And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

「Excellent」

「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

「Rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso. Posizione ottima」

「I liked they offered us airport shuttle during check in, that made things really smooth for us next day since it was an early flight.」

「Great staff and the food in the restaurant was really n ice. We had 47 people come to a meeting and luncheon at the Hotel. Margarita and the staff were exceptional and everyone commented on what a nice lunch it was. We attended a conference at the Paradise center and it is a 3-5 minute walk .Very central. Very pleased with ur stay . Thank you to the staff .」
