事前にチェックインで鍵の暗証番号がメールで届く仕組みだがメールが時間過ぎても来なかったため大変困った。問い合わせて教えてもらえたが1時間時間をとられた 結果メールは次の日に送られてきた最悪 掃除が出来ておらず不快 特にお風呂はカビがあったり、前に止まった人のものが置きっぱなし状態 寝室は3部屋ある点や立地はまぁ良かったが、、、

家族6人で泊まりました。綺麗ですし、部屋も多いので良かったです！ 階段が段差が少なくてとても良かった！ 洗濯も干せて助かりました！ 使い捨てブラシがあると嬉しかったかも〜なんて思いました♬

利便性良い

利便性が良く概ね快適に滞在することが出来ましたが、ベッドルームのふたつの窓の内ひとつはカーテンがなく朝から日差しが眩しく寝ていられなかった点が残念でした。 また室内スリッパは消毒除菌されているかと思いますが、コロナ禍使い捨てスリッパの方が安心して使用出来るかと思われます。 綺麗に管理されていて、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

20:30頃到着して、部屋へ入ると前に泊まった方の使ったタオルがそのまま洗面所へ放置してありました。ゴミも紙袋に入れたまま放置、ベッドメイキングもされておらず、4人で宿泊予定でしたが、4人分の新しいタオルも用意されていませんでした。 明らかにおかしいと感じたため、管理業者へ連絡を入れると、謝りもせず「状況を確認してから、改めて連絡します。」とのこと。その後、連絡は来たものの「オーナーの方が掃除をしているはず」と言われました。こちらとしたむ

小さいアリが所々にいたがちゃんと対策もされていはるので南国なので仕方ないかと思った。 そのまま住めるぐらいタオル、シャンプーなどが揃っていたので便利でした。
