"I had an absolutely horrible experience. The gate was not open. The taxi driver took me to the hotel right across from the entrance and that hotel said this one had not been open for over a year. I cannot get them to answer the phone or return my emails. I put in a cancellation and a report with Hotels.com to refund my money. However, I was still charged. I will fight it with my credit cards. They said they had to verify the information because check-in was not until two. However, it did not say there was not an office to hold your bags or anyone to talk to. Absolutely ridiculous. Being stuck on the other side of the world and not having a place to stay. It worked out even better though cause I stayed at a much nicer hotel where I was treated kindly in with respect."
