"I arrived late - around 11:30 - after a long flight. The shuttle had stopped running from SNA, so they offered to send a Lyft. I arrived at the hotel, and was told that the hotel was "sold out" for the night. I had booked the hotel MONTHS in advance and it was very strict on cancellations. Didn't matter, there was no room for me. And the woman behind the desk was like dealing with a 13 year old teen girl, with no grace or understanding. She couldn't even explain what had happened, just kept repeating "sold out". So they sent me up to the Anaheim Hilton instead. I got up there, didn't want to come all the way back down, but they would not let me out of my reservation for the remaining days. I highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel if you want a guaranteed room when you arrive, or any customer service at all. And I'm a Hiltons Honors member! "
