「The room was clean but missing the box springs on the bed. They do not have front desk staff all night. They have a kiosk. The person we talked to thru the screen could not have cared less. His response was he would let management know.」

「We arrived very late and the desk help was very helpful to get us to our room quickly. It was a nice sleep and the breakfast attendant was very helpful in the morning.」

「Staff are wonderful.. professional warm friendly and attentive. Breakfast quite good. Really enjoyed the farm fresh pasture raised yogurt. Room is spacious. The couch is a saving grace for our dog. Beautiful property. Kitchen is nicely stocked but no stove top. I got an induction burner from the front desk but it comes with only a very small frying pan. No pots to cook my vegetables. 「The property staff was no help. Manager was never there to speak with about issues we had. TVs didn't work. Remote had no batteries. Overall terrible experience and no one cared to fix simple issues.」

「You have to pay to use the utensils, you have to take your own trash out, elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022, staff isn’t available after 10. 」

「Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. 」

「The hotel was really nice ---- very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, and the hotel adjoins a lovely lake and walking trail. On the day we were there, the hotel was celebrating Mother Goose Day and was giving out food to feed the ducks and geese at the Lake. A really fun surprise. We will definitely stay there again!」

「The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...
