Great stay! Stay with family fr 2 night, kids very enjoy with comfortable room & bunk bed, nice clean rooms. Just Near by Giant Hypermarket,Mcd, Starbuck.. butttt Hotel staffs 1 old lady are not customer-friendly. Upon arriving at hotel, no greeting and the staff very rude. Service / front desk personnel could be better trained. Overall is ok. Highly recommended and I’ll be back next year!

Located in the outskirt of Ipoh

Very close to Giant Hypermart, McDonald's drive-in and Lost World of Tambun. There is a food court inside the Giant building, Marry Brown fried chicken fast food and Pizza Hut, so food is not an issue. BUT the hotel is in the outskirts of Ipoh. Although only about 25 min's bus ride to the city, there is only ONE bus per hour! the prob is that the bus arrival is a bit unpredictable. Usually, it comes about 20-30 min's past the hour e.g. 12.20pm, but there's once the bus came at 9.15am, I just missed it and had to wait another hour! hotel room is in good condition, but too bad there's no daily housekeeping. There's a coin operated laundry service at the row of shops behind the hotel, so that's good.
