Convenient Location.

Choose to stay at Casuarina because I wanted to be in a quieter area. Location is also convenient to my needs having to drive out to another town in a daily basis. I have stayed here several times. Room is a little worn out. Bathroom floor needs a good scrub on the grouts.

It is really clean and the windows are full height from the ground to the ceiling, so you get a complete view of the mountains. Darvin was very communicative and attentive to our needs. Was able to understand The circle ground in front of the hotel has a night carnival with car racing, bouncy, castles and ebikes to rent. There is a lot of food to try around, if you are willing to eat under a makeshift shelter tent. The natural view is terrific from the hotel, the natural areas within 5 km like the eco park should be visited.

The location was so isolated, it was located close to the bus station and a local mall. There were food stalls, some closed and the opened ones were all local food. The check in was quick. The room was okay at first. The bed and the night stands were less than a foot from the floor (too low). The TV was small and all except one channel were in local language. The room was not fixed the next day when we came back at night. When I called down to the front desk, she was dare to ask me "did I request to have the room fixed". That was an insult to me, and it was unacceptable. The drain in the shower was partially clogged the first night, and almost fully clogged the second night.

I stayed in the studio suite facing the highway. Room is very comfortable, the sheets are clean n fresh, the TV area with sofas are very cool. Except the lightning at the doorway is a bit dark unable to use the mirror on the closets

You should fix very poor air conditioner

1. We stayed in family suite, very poor air conditioner in living room. The hallway was even cooler than our living room. 2. Too many ants. My husband was bitten by ant all night. Horribly too many bugs. 3. Breakfast buffet was good. 4. Front desk was kind and efficient.

We were given Rooms 311 and 312. Room 311 ...we checked in at 5pm but did not come back to occupy the room until 10:30pm. The aircon did not work and was given only an alternate 309, the aircon was also not functioning well even at 16 Centigrade. The bathroom lights were dingy and the cabinet lights could not be switched off as the cabinet doors could not be closed completely. I had to sleep facing the other way to avoid light shining into the eyes. I don't think they are managing the maintenance well. I would not recommend!..........Dr Devanand

Worse hotel should be a 2 star

Inconvenient and noisy location, rude staff, no breakfast buffet (at time of my stay), gym had no air conditioning, spa facility has been permanently closed. Worse hotel ever, don’t know how anyone could give this hotel a positive review.
