"Quarto tinha uma barata morta dentro, banheiro não tinha aspecto de limpo, lençóis da cama com areia e fios de cabelo de outras pessoas na cama. Não disponibilizaram lençóis, e quando fomos pedir ainda relutaram em dar. No café da manhã as louças mau lavadas, xícaras e talheres ainda com resíduos.
