Infelizmente estava com dormir com dor de cabeça e o hotel não teve a consideração de avisa que iria fazer a manutenção, independente que o hotel seja 24 horas é necessário avisa aos hóspedes os possíveis barulho sair antes do dia previsto

Faltou água também! Desgastante!

Tivemos problemas desde a chegada, já que não há ninguém para ajudar com malas. A seguir veio o quarto, o colchão era menor que a base, além de ser mole demais, Velho é bem desgastado. Os lençóis saiam do colchão deixando-o à mostra. Dia seguinte fomos à praia, inclusive reservei, por outra plataforma, mesmo com todos os problemas, outro ao para meu genro, filha e neto, aí começou o pesadelo. Deixamos o hotel às 11:00 da manhã do dia 05/04/2025, não deixamos as chaves, conforme orientação, para que não houvesse limpeza, mas, ainda assim tivemos dois cartões de débito subtraídos, tendo sido usado, um deles, na modalidade compra por aproximação, entre 14:30 e 14:41, com a realização de 12 compras, nesse horário, justamente enquanto estávamos na praia em frente ao hotel. A descoberta do problema se deu por volta das 19:00, quando jantávamos em um restaurante próximo. Retornamos ao hotel e comunicamos o fato à gerência, que acionou o técnico responsável pelas imagens. O mesmo, por sua vez, estaria em Caruaru/PE, e só retornaria na segunda-feira, às 08:00 da manhã, isto era sábado, 05/04, 19:00. Na segunda-feira, no horário aprazado, o referido técnico não chegou. Deixamos o hotel, não tenho certeza, por volta das 10:00horas, ainda sem imagens. Por volta das 12:30, recebi uma ligação do hotel informando que, segundo as imagens, ninguém havia entrado em nosso apartamento. Muito cômodo a informação já que testávamos lá para ver e acompanhar o processo, garantindo a informação.

Boa opção, porém com ressalvas

O hotel é bem simples, porém proporciona uma hospedagem razoável. O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, cama razoável. Poderia ter um armário para facilitar a organização das coisas. Mas para nós que passamos apenas uma noite, não fez tanta falta. O chuveiro é bom, com apenas uma observação. Os registros de abertura do chuveiro não possuem informação sobre qual é quente e qual é fria, e também não seguem o padrão adotado na maioria dos locais, de registro de água quente à esquerda. Demorei um bocado pra entender. A ressalva principal vem com relação ao valor pago na hospedagem. Devido à data da hospedagem (véspera de réveillon), e a alta taxa de ocupação de hotéis na cidade na época, o valor estava bem alto. Com um preço reduzido, compensa esses detalhes negativos mencionados.

O atendimento deixou muito a desejar, a recepcionista nada simpática. A cama de solteira coberta com um lençol de casal dobrado ao meio. Eramos em três e havia apenas duas toalhas. Entre outros.

Hotel mais para duas estrelas do que para três.

Reservei um apartamento para 3 adultos e a cama de solteiro não tinha roupa de cama. Depois me deram um lençol para eu forrar a cama e uma manta para me cobrir, quando deveria ser um lençol. O hotel não trabalha com toalha de rosto. Quando chegamos nos informaram que tínhamos que deixar a chave na recepção antes do meio-dia para poder limpar o quarto, coisa que não aconteceu no primeiro dia.
